Job Summary

Own the social growth engine and multi-platform strategy, directing hooks, cadence, and campaign alignment for launches, with TikTok ownership and a repeatable content engine.

  • Owns the overarching social strategy and growth testing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Manage daily creation and posting cadence, turning events and feedback into top-funnel content.
  • Lead launch alignment and own TikTok growth strategy end to end.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy, Growth Testing & Team Direction. You own the overarching strategy (what we post, when, and why across every platform) and the growth engine behind it: directing trial reels, testing hooks, and tuning post frequency to find what scales. Once a second social hire joins, you direct their hook testing, posting cadence, and trial-reel output.
  • Daily Cadence & Creation. You carry the daily volume yourself: two posts per day on each video platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), daily stories, and daily written content on LinkedIn and Twitter/X. You create for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, write for LinkedIn and X, and post the documentary content the Senior Videographer & Editor hands you.
  • Launch & Campaign Alignment. You stay tight to every product launch, masterclass, and lead-gen push, shifting the CTA and content strategy ahead of each one so organic promotion is ramping well before doors open. You work closely with Colton to make sure there's organic runway in front of every experience, never a scramble after it's live.
  • TikTok End to End. You are the sole owner of TikTok. You own the growth strategy and run a sub-20-minute weekly sit-down with Callan that becomes roughly five native, face-to-camera posts. No one else touches this platform, and you evolve the organic-forward approach as it grows.
  • Content Engine & Event Capture. You turn Callan's newsletters, calls, DMs, and real objections into a repeatable idea source so the machine never runs dry. You plan the organic output from each event and create the top-funnel content that drives ManyChat.

Requirements

  • You've run multi-platform content for a brand or founder with the native instincts to prove it, especially on TikTok, and you test hooks relentlessly to find what scales.
  • You're a genuinely strong writer who can carry LinkedIn and X without a copywriter babysitting you.

Preferred

  • You're a genuinely strong writer who can carry LinkedIn and X without a copywriter babysitting you.
  • You're comfortable directing a founder live and pulling the best material out of her in real time.
  • You think in systems and plan backward from launch and campaign dates, so promotion is always ramping ahead of the moment instead of scrambling to catch up.
  • You default to AI-first and are already using it to move faster than a team twice your size.

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Monthly wellness stipend plus personalized and group wellness coaching.
  • Professional Growth: $1,500–$3,000 annual development budget for courses, conferences, certifications, and tools.
  • Work Your Way: Coworking membership allowance OR home office setup budget. Your choice.
  • Unlimited PTO: Real flexibility with clear boundaries.
  • Full Setup: MacBook, external monitor, desk equipment.
  • True Downtime: Company-wide closure December 25–January 1 so you can fully disconnect.
