Drive social-first content creation and strategy for agency clients, spanning ideation, production, and delivery.

• Content Creation responsibilities from storyboard to management of production partners
• Shoot and edit content across video, stills, animation, 3D, audio, and stock assets
• Ensure on-time delivery of all assets
• Establish high standards of excellence with meticulous attention to detail
• Co-lead content planning for priority accounts with Client Success guidance
• Provide platform-specific content recommendations leveraging trends and insights
• Identify industry trends to help clients innovate and outperform competitors
• Share content creation best practices across TikTok, Reels, Stories, etc.
• Conceptualize breakthrough ideas aligned with social strategy to achieve objectives
• Build processes and best practices ensuring brand voice and guidelines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video Production, or related field
• 5+ years in concepting for social media
• Proficient with video/photography equipment and editing tools
• Strong problem solving and solution proposal ability
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
• Willingness to tackle new challenges to learn and grow
• Stellar writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with Apple Keysnote, Pages, Numbers

• Agency experience is a plus
• Experience with drones, volumetric capture, VFX, AI, and/or 3D is a plus
