Responsibilities
- Take bullet ideas and transform them into tight, shoot-ready short-form scripts
- Match each client’s voice and tone (no generic AI sludge)
- Collaborate with strategy and editing teams so scripts are executable and high-performing
- Test and iterate on hooks and formats based on performance data and feedback
- Expect around 100 scripts per week
Requirements
- Proven experience scripting high‑performing short‑form content for yourself or clients.
- Strong portfolio of actual videos that were made from your scripts (share links).
- You’ve published a significant volume of content and seen real growth somewhere.
- Elite hook‑writing, copywriting, and structuring skills.
- Able to hit volume targets (100+ scripts/week) without trashing quality.
- Able to overlap a good portion of 9am–5pm MST.
Preferred
- You’ve written for multiple niches (finance, business, self‑improvement, etc.)
- You understand offers and can naturally tie scripts back to a product or CTA.
- You’ve led or mentored other writers before.
