Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, conversion-focused SEO content (service pages, blogs, landing pages)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities
• Optimize and expand existing content to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation
• Align content with search intent and client goals
• Consistently deliver high-quality work at a strong production pace
• Produce a high volume of SEO content, with a baseline expectation of 25+ pieces per week
• Maintain strong quality standards while operating at scale
• Leverage AI tools and internal processes to meet and exceed production targets efficiently
• Continuously improve output through better workflows, prompting strategies, and optimization techniques
• Identify opportunities to increase production capacity without sacrificing performance or quality

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in SEO content writing and optimization
• Proven ability to produce high-quality content that drives organic results
• Experience writing for local businesses or service-based industries
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or workflow support
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Ability to write clearly, accurately, and persuasively across industries
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, intent, on-page optimization)
• Ability to manage deadlines and produce at a consistent pace
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and technologies

Preferred

• Experience building content processes, templates, or workflows
• Experience mentoring or reviewing other writers’ work
• Familiarity with AI search / AIO / GEO concepts
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
• Basic HTML knowledge
