Responsibilities

• The strategy: a current 90-day plan for every client and the judgment calls on what happens next.
• The relationship: monthly strategy calls, monthly report videos, clients who have your number and never have to chase you for an update.
• The results: retention, rankings, calls booked. When a client renews or refers another business, that's yours. When one wobbles, you saw it a month earlier and raised it.
• You will own a pod of 8 to 12 home service clients end to end, the strategy, the relationship, and the results, growing to 15 to 20 as you prove capacity. Your pod is effectively your book of business inside Sustain Media.

Requirements

• 3+ years working with local service businesses
• Deep on Google Business Profiles, the map pack, reviews, and local pages
• You know the difference between activity that looks impressive and work that makes the phone ring
• You've explained your own work to business owners, including when the news was bad
• You want responsibility: a portfolio you&aposre trusted with, the authority to lead it, and the reward when it succeeds
