Job Summary

Own end-to-end data and analytics for retail media, turning datasets into KPI driven insights and ROI optimization across campaigns, dashboards, and data pipelines.

  • Own data quality, reporting cadence, and data pipelines to support cross-functional decisions.
  • Translate findings into actionable media recommendations that improve ROAS and customer engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to retail media performance, customer behavior, and ad effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail media campaigns.
  • Create ad hoc reports and analyses to support decision-making across the Retail Media team.
  • Ownership of monthly financial activities including forecasting, actuals, billings, etc
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data that provide insights into campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven recommendations that optimize media strategies and improve ROI.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are understood and actionable.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting, following best practices in data management and quality control.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve any data-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain of data pipelines and ETL processes to support ongoing data analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a retail, media, or e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or an appropriate business-related field of study.
  • Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Professional Certifications: None.
Preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of retail media, digital advertising, and e-commerce analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices and ETL processes.
