Own a tight set of PR programs by leading communications for multiple clients, shaping strategy, and mentoring junior teammates.

Account ownership: Manage five client relationships and direct client communications.
Strategic execution: Draft strategy and oversee day-to-day PR execution including releases and pitches.
Mentorship and scale: Develop junior staff and run an account with light supervision.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Account management: Own communication across 5 client accounts.
PR drafting: Draft and review press releases, pitches, and related materials.
Media relationships: Maintain substantial media contacts and outreach.
Strategic planning: Develop the first draft of the strategic plan.
Strategy ideation: Shape strategy and tactical execution.
Writing: Produce bylines and press releases.
Reporting: Prepare status reports, forecasts, and leadership recaps.
People management: Mentor junior staff (AAE-AE level).
Account ownership: Run a single account with light supervision.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 3-5 years in PR agency work.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
Leadership: Collaborative team player with ability to lead projects.
