Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, driving prioritization and operational readiness for complex launches
• Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and major marketing campaigns, ensuring clarity on scope and success metrics
• Run cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and rapid decision-making across diverse teams
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects from scoping through delivery and post-launch evaluation
• Develop scalable operating models and governance frameworks to improve project efficiency and coordination

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic project management, preferably in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or travel industries
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes
• Expertise in building detailed project plans and managing parallel workstreams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action
