Responsibilities

• Own timelines, deliverables and priorities across 3–5 DTC client accounts
• Run weekly client status calls and send clear recaps and next steps
• Coordinate freelance media buyers, designers and developers: write briefs, chase deadlines, QA the work
• Execute directly in Shopify (product, collection and page updates, apps, launches)
• Brief and QA email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
• Support Meta Ads operations: campaign setup, creative trafficking, naming conventions, spend tracking
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting from our dashboards
• Build and improve SOPs and AI-assisted workflows that let us scale without adding headcount

Requirements

• 4-6 years in project or account management at a DTC brand or a growth/performance agency
• Hands-on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta Ads Manager (you’ve done the work yourself, not only managed people who did)
• comfortable handling several clients at once without dropping details
• Clear, confident communication with founders and brand teams
• Drawn to a small, entrepreneurial, fast pace environment where growth depends on the quality of your contribution and the trust you build.
• Someone who already uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in their daily work
