Job Description

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production for assigned campaign(s) from intake through final delivery, managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) across digital, video, animation, web, and event assets
Build project workback schedules from inception through completion to keep campaigns on schedule and within budget
Understand campaign objectives and scope, including budgetary and resource considerations across multiple deliverable types
Manage projects and deliverables to ensure timeline adherence and quality standards
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned campaign team(s)
Thoroughly understand the current status of all deliverables and closely monitor progress through to delivery
Accurately assess, communicate, and manage project risks and issues to client stakeholders and Catalyst leadership
Identify and document scope changes and clearly communicate timing and budget impact
Art Direction & Creative Quality Control: Conduct initial asset reviews using your creative discipline expertise to catch quality gaps, design inconsistencies, visual hierarchy issues, brand guideline deviations, and technical production errors before stakeholder review
Facilitate creative review sessions with client and Marketing leadership, presenting polished, ready-for-approval work
