Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in Houston, TX. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in line with client objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing timelines, maintaining budgets, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Additional tasks include ensuring quality control, overseeing logistics, and identifying opportunities to optimize project outcomes. The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver projects that align with the company's reputation for excellence and cultural relevance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely and efficient processes
• Strong skills in Logistics Management, with an understanding of supply chain optimization
• Inspection skills to monitor quality and ensure all aspects of a project meet standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with Hispanic audiences or within the advertising and marketing sectors is a strong advantage
