Job Description

Responsibilities

Translate product features into clear, customer-focused messaging and value propositions
Create high-quality assets, including: Executive presentations and sales decks; One-pagers and product collateral; Feature announcements and release communications
Drive internal product communication across teams (sales, leadership, stakeholders)
Support external promotion in collaboration with Siemens branding and communications teams
Prepare and manage content for: Social media (e.g., LinkedIn); Events and conferences; Product launches and announcements
Coordinate go-to-market activities for new features and releases
Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or B2B SaaS marketing
Strong experience in enterprise SaaS or complex B2B products
Proven ability to create high-quality presentations and marketing assets (PowerPoint skills are essential)
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
You are comfortable creating assets yourself without relying on agencies
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related software
Familiarity with API, data, or platform products
Experience working with centralized brand or communications teams
