Job Description

Responsibilities

Own product marketing strategy for Forge's Intermediaries offerings , defining positioning, messaging, gotomarket plans and campaigns that drive adoption among advisors, RIAs, and wealth platforms serving UHNW clients.
Partner deeply with product management and distribution teams  to influence roadmap direction, validate intermediary and advisor needs, and ensure product capabilities align with advisor workflows, client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Drive gotomarket excellence  for new intermediary products, platform integrations, and distribution initiatives, including leading market validation, launch planning, messaging frameworks, and execution to maximize advisor engagement and client adoption.
Develop intermediary and client insights  through research, advisor feedback, and data analysis, using insights to refine positioning, inform strategy, and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention across distribution channels.
Craft compelling narratives and packaging  that clearly articulate Forge's value to advisors and their UHNW clients, simplifying privatemarket concepts while emphasizing trust, access, and differentiated outcomes.
Enable sales, partnerships, and advisor success  by creating highimpact enablement materials, training programs, pitch decks, and customerfacing content that support advisor confidence and longterm platform adoption.
Lead competitive intelligence efforts  focused on wealth platforms, alternative investment providers, and privatemarket access solutions, translating market dynamics into actionable positioning and strategic recommendations.
Steer crossfunctional initiatives  across product, marketing, partnerships, compliance, and distribution—driving alignment and execution on priorities that expand Forge's intermediary ecosystem and distribution reach.

Requirements

Growth mindset & adaptability : You thrive in fastmoving, evolving environments, learn quickly, and bring structure and clarity to complex distribution and wealthmanagement ecosystems.
Strategic thinker & handson operator : You balance longterm distribution strategy with tactical execution, comfortably shifting from highlevel positioning to detailed messaging, launches, and enablement assets.
Deep fintech, wealth, or financial services experience : 8–10+ years of experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, marketplaces, or adjacent sectors. Experience working with advisors, RIAs, or UHNW clients strongly preferred.
B2B or B2B2C product marketing experience : Proven experience leading product marketing initiatives for enterprise, platform, or distributionled businesses, with a track record of driving adoption through partners or intermediaries.
Advisorcentric storyteller : Exceptional ability to distill complex, regulated investment products into clear, credible narratives that resonate with advisors and instill confidence with sophisticated end clients.
Technical and market fluency : Strong understanding of wealth platforms, advisor workflows, alternative investments, and datadriven products, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
Influential crossfunctional partner : Demonstrated ability to work across product, partnerships, sales, compliance, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
Strong executive presence : Polished written and verbal communicator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and representing Forge with advisors, partners, and distribution leaders.
