Job Description

Responsibilities

Inline Product Management
Own P&L for assigned molecules, including pricing, forecasting, bids, budget management, and financial performance tracking
Lead development and execution of short‑ and long‑term product strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
Build advanced forecasting models, including scenario planning (competitive entry, supply constraints, market shifts)
Conduct deep competitive intelligence using IQVIA, IPD, and other sources; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation strategies
Collaborate with Sales to support selling efforts, develop customer messaging, and identify new bid opportunities
Lead cross‑functional working groups (Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Pricing) to ensure alignment on product performance and strategy
Identify risks and opportunities through market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Participate in annual marketing planning, including competitive research, molecule strategy development, and budget recommendations
Monitor product performance and competitive landscape to optimize plans and meet forecasts

Requirements

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated ability to interpret data and develop compelling messaging for clinicians and institutional buyers
Advanced Excel skills (v‑lookup, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with IQVIA, IPD Analytics, or similar data sources
Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Experience in generic pharmaceutical marketing required; injectable experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI preferred
Ability to work onsite in East Windsor, NJ and travel up to 20%
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
5–8 years of experience in analytics, finance, generic pharmaceutical marketing, or product management
Direct experience with generic injectables
