Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the School's services and programs, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and vision.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the religious and community engagement sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, digital media, and pastoral staff, to create cohesive marketing campaigns that effectively reach target audiences.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the School's website, to enhance brand awareness and community outreach.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with a proven track record in a senior position.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
