Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Agentic AI messaging and content strategy.
  • Maintain a clear, consistent messaging framework that enables product owners, PMMs, and content creators to tell a cohesive story.
  • Translate emerging capabilities, customer needs, and market insights into messaging, themes, and content priorities.
  • Continuously refine messaging and positioning as Agentic AI technologies, examples, and use cases mature.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blogs, ebooks, web content, and campaign materials
  • Develop reusable source content that PMMs and adjacent teams can adapt for their product areas
  • Turn technical assets (skill files, examples, demos) into clear, customer-facing content
  • Ensure content is structured for clarity, reuse, and extension across teams
  • Partner with SEO and channel teams to improve discoverability across MATLAB web and digital channels
  • Develop content strategies that support modern content discovery, including SEO tactics, and content built for LLM consumption
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities that increase visibility, engagement, and adoption
  • Use search, engagement, and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions about content priorities, investments, and future content strategy

Requirements

  • A bachelor\'s degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master\'s degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Strong understanding of technical computing workflows and the challenges faced by engineers and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and usable content.
  • Hands-on experience creating technical content, including web content, blogs, ebooks, examples, and campaign materials.
  • Strong content planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple content initiatives and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with modern content discoverability practices, including SEO and content optimized for AI-driven search and knowledge retrieval experiences.
  • Experience working across product management, product marketing, digital marketing, and technical subject matter experts.
  • Strong editorial judgment with a focus on clarity, technical accuracy, consistency, and customer value.
  • Ability to identify compelling technical stories, examples, and proof points that resonate with engineering audiences.
  • Experience using performance and engagement data to prioritize content investments and improve content effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with generative and agentic AI technologies and their impact on engineering workflows.
