Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define the future of marketing measurement
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wayfair’s measurement and attribution platforms.
  • Shape the evolution of key capabilities including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, media mix modeling, budget and scenario planning tools, and clean-room measurement.
  • Translate complex business questions from Marketing and Finance into scalable product solutions.
  • Partner closely with ML Science and Engineering teams to develop, validate, and deploy improvements to Wayfair’s attribution models.
  • Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and governance processes that ensure measurement products remain accurate, trustworthy, and actionable.
  • Drive adoption by helping stakeholders understand model outputs, tradeoffs, and business implications.
  • Lead the product strategy for incrementality measurement, including geo-lift testing, platform lift studies, and emerging validation methodologies.
  • Build scalable workflows, standards, and tooling that enable experimentation across channels, brands, and markets.
  • Evaluate and integrate external measurement partners and technologies where they accelerate business impact.
  • Ensure attribution and incrementality insights directly inform budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders to improve investment decisions across channels and reduce overlap in media investments.
  • Define the data products and interfaces needed to power planning and optimization workflows across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary product leader for marketing measurement initiatives, partnering across Marketing, ML Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and measurement results to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Balance strategic investments, operational excellence, and stakeholder needs while driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of leading complex data, analytics, machine learning, or platform products.
  • Experience working in marketing technology, advertising, measurement, experimentation, analytics, or related domains.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing investment or business decisions through data-driven products and insights.
  • Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with large-scale datasets, metrics, and model-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, causal inference concepts, and statistical measurement frameworks.
  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, media measurement, or related analytical approaches.
  • Ability to translate technical outputs into clear business recommendations and product decisions.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy in ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, balancing long-term platform investments with near-term business needs.
  • Ownership mindset with a bias toward action and delivering measurable impact.
