Own and optimize multi-location paid media campaigns and creative, aligning performance across markets while expanding the agency’s direct-response creative library and guiding freelance production to improve funnel conversion and client outcomes.

• Campaign performance for your book of accounts — diagnosing underperformers, optimizing budgets and audiences, and driving consistent ROAS across locations
• Creative volume and quality — partnering with the founder to expand our agency-level ad creative library from ~50–100 active concepts to 250+, reducing month-over-month performance volatility and giving our clients a deeper bench of winning creative
• Creative direction and freelancer management — leading direct-response creative ideation, briefing our part-time video editor, and approving organic social content from our freelance content team

• Funnel and CRM optimization — improving the full customer journey from landing page UX through lead conversion
• Client relationships — leading client marketing meetings for your accounts, presenting data-driven insights, and being a primary operational face of the agency
• This is a high-autonomy Individual Contributor role. You will not be burdened with HR duties or people management. You'll work alongside the founder, not under layers of management.
