Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid search strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
  • Own campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and remarketing initiatives
  • Build scalable acquisition strategies focused on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth
  • Identify expansion opportunities across channels, audiences, and funnel stages
  • Partner with account management and creative teams to align strategy across the broader marketing mix
  • Manage campaign setup, structure, budgeting, bidding strategies, targeting, and optimization
  • Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and search intent mapping
  • Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, bidding models, creative assets, and audience strategies
  • Monitor pacing, performance trends, and efficiency metrics daily
  • Optimize feeds, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max initiatives for scale and profitability

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an agency environment
  • Proven experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns across multiple accounts and industries
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms
  • Deep understanding of paid search fundamentals including bidding strategies, attribution, keyword intent, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing eCommerce and/or lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, landing page optimization, and feed management preferred
  • Google Ads certifications preferred

Preferred

  • Experience with YouTube Ads, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, or other acquisition channels
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for campaign optimization, reporting, creative testing, or operational efficiency
  • Experience mentoring junior buyers or managing team workflows
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and cross-channel attribution
