Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies within omnichannel campaigns, leading strategy for at least one channel per assigned account and serving as the platform SME for the relevant channels on each assigned account.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms, including strategic brief development, campaign setup, copywriting, optimization, maintenance, and reporting.
• Monitor and manage campaign performance and media budgets ($100K+ quarterly), ensuring alignment with client goals and spending plans.
• Analyze campaign data and translate performance into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Lead reporting for assigned channels, ensuring insights are strategic, clear, and focused on performance improvement.
• Ensure campaigns align with agency best practices, strategic direction, and client objectives.
• Conduct regular campaign QA to maintain accuracy, performance, and adherence to established structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to support integrated campaign execution.
• Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and overall program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and campaign optimization, preferably within an agency environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Preferred Experience Includes: - Managing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels - Experience working with nonprofit or direct response marketing campaigns - Experience supporting client strategy and performance optimization
