Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns hands-on across paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), CTV (MNTN, Hulu, etc.), Digital Audio (Spotify, Pandora, etc.), display/programmatic, retargeting, and CRO.
• Use Lofi's AI-powered platform as leverage, letting automation, predictive modeling, automated bidding, and creative optimization handle the grunt work so you can operate at a higher level across more accounts.
• Translate AI-generated insights and performance data into actionable strategy and clear client recommendations.
• Own client relationships and reporting: build dashboards, present results, and serve as the expert clients trust.
• Manage and allocate budgets across channels based on performance and growth opportunities; forecast and recommend where to scale or reallocate.
• Run A/B tests and experiments across channels, creative, and messaging, and act on KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
• Shape the product: feed insights from the front lines back into how the platform works and where it goes next.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Paid Media with hands-on, at-scale multi-channel paid media management.
• Deep command of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated clients and present with authority.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience using AI for paid media workflows.
