Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Identify opportunities to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing profitable sales.
• Analyze performance data and make recommendations based on results—not guesswork.
• Collaborate on ad creative strategy and growth opportunities.
• Meet regularly to review performance and discuss next steps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven success managing e-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, tracking, attribution, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
• Someone who is proactive, transparent, data-driven, and enjoys long-term partnerships.
