Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for debt relief offers
• Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (TOF → MOF → BOF → Retargeting)
• Develop scaling frameworks for campaigns spending $100k+/month
• Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad angles (pain-driven messaging, unique mechanism hooks)
• Analyze winning creatives and iterate rapidly
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs: CPL, CAC, Contact Rate / Transfer Rate, Revenue per lead
• Use data to make decisions — not opinions
• Continuously test: Hooks, Offers, Landing pages, Conversion events
• Work with: Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Data layers, Event prioritization
• Ensure accurate attribution across funnels

Requirements

• 10+ years running Meta ads at a high level
• Proven experience in debt relief, credit repair, or financial services
• Experience managing $50k+/month in ad spend
• Strong understanding of: Conversion funnels
• Strong understanding of: Lead generation economics
• Strong understanding of: KPI optimization
• Meta Ads Manager (Advanced)
• Conversion API (CAPI)
• Funnel tracking & attribution
• A/B testing frameworks

Nice To Have

• Google Tag Manager (preferred)
• Experience with regulated or restricted niches
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making
• Experience with high-volume lead generation
