• What YouYou'll Actually Own 1. Performance & Scaling You'll help manage and optimize high-spend campaigns across Meta and Google, including YouTube, Search, and Performance Max. You'll continuously look across platforms and states to identify: Scaling opportunities Budget reallocation opportunities Performance inefficiencies Underperforming markets Testing gaps New strategies worth implementing We expect you to understand where our money is going, what it's producing, and where the next dollar should be spent. You'll work with other media buyers and leadership on cross-platform and state-level budget strategy to hit our volume and profitability goals.

Requirements

• You're based in the United States
• You've actively managed 7-figure monthly ad spend
• You're highly experienced with Meta and/or Google
• You live and breathe media buying aka you LOVE THE GAME
• You can look at large amounts of performance data and quickly identify what matters
• You're comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
• You're extremely analytical without becoming slow
• You're proactive rather than reactive
• You're competitive with yourself and want to get better every week
• You're looking for exposure to massive budgets, an elite creative operation, and real decision-making authority
