Job Summary

Own the growth and reliability of Alder’s marketing surface by building a fast, accessible Webflow site and CMS, instrumenting conversion-focused analytics, and orchestrating integrations across GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and chat tools to drive data-informed decisions.

Growth Infrastructure: Own Webflow-powered site, CMS content, components, and design system.
Performance & Optimizations: Set up tracking, A/B tests, dashboards, and funnel metrics to improve conversions.
Martech & Integrations: Maintain marketing tech stack and connect tools via APIs and webhooks for unified data flows.

Job Description

Growth Infrastructure: Own Webflow site and CMS, ensuring fast, accessible, on-brand experiences and scalable design system.
Performance & optimization: Instrument conversion tracking, run on-page A/B tests, and provide analytics dashboards to guide decisions.
Martech & integrations: Maintain GA4, GTM, HubSpot, chat/tools, and API/webhook connections across systems.

4+ years building and maintaining marketing websites with strong Webflow proficiency and CMS-driven content.
Solid HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics; able to read or write code and debug production issues.
Experience wiring up conversion tracking, experiments, and analytics; able to explain what to measure and why.
Hands-on work with GA4, GTM, and at least one major marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred).
Experience with chatbots or conversational tools (Drift/Intercom/HubSpot Chat/Zendesk).
Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and marketing tool integrations.
Growth mindset focused on funnel metrics and business impact, not just pages.
Clear written communication; able to translate tech tradeoffs for marketers and brand tradeoffs for engineers.

React ecosystem familiarity (Next.js, Gatsby) optional as our marketing surface evolves.
Familiarity with headless CMSs (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi) in addition to Webflow CMS.
SEO chops beyond basics—keyword research, content strategy collaboration, schema strategy.
Familiarity with privacy/consent tooling (cookie banners, GDPR/CCPA analytics).
