Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Campaign Activation: Support marketing initiatives in the development, maintenance, and execution of all marketing campaigns including digital strategy
  • Writing: Perform a variety of drafting different types of content
  • Content Development: Exercise judgement around content and edits when creating/updating decks, drafting collateral materials, or updating websites
  • Social Media: Creation and implementation of full social media plans for campaigns
  • Event Support: Can include planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials and on-site assistance to create an experience
  • Reporting: Understand a data-driven and metrics-oriented environment and gathers data and inputs data into standard reports, focusing on data accuracy, data curation, proper use of grammar, etc.
  • Partner Marketing: Comfortable collaborating with alliance business teams to develop content and represent the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing or Communications preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing environment
  • Knowledge of public safety market and law enforcement customer base
  • Possess an understanding of marketing and communications basics to drive business goals
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all industry marketing activities
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus
  • Organized with ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot and Internet savvy.
