Job Summary

Drive cross-unit marketing impact by owning integrated campaigns across corporate, motorsports, defense, and mobility, with a strong emphasis on website content, SEO/SEM, and market intelligence to steer stakeholder decisions.

  • Growth ownership: drive multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, social, media relations) against defined metrics.
  • Channel & content: lead website content, SEO/SEM and long-term channel optimization with brand consistency.
  • Market intelligence: research and present data to support strategy and stakeholder decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across corporate, motorsports, defense, and mobility business units.
  • Develop and execute multi-media campaigns, including print, digital, social media, media relations, and brand advertising initiatives to achieve established goals and performance metrics.
  • Lead company website content development, SEO and SEM campaign creation and execution, and long-term channel optimization strategies.
  • Research, analyze, and present market and competitive intelligence data to support marketing strategies and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Prepare reports to track media activity, KPIs, and other performance metrics that measure campaign effectiveness and progress.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate internal and external communication materials including press releases, employee communications, presentations, case studies, social media content, and speaking notes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, consultants, and functional groups to ensure consistent brand messaging and support overall business and department objectives .
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, facility visits, customer events, and program milestone activities to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Lead multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Four (4) to Six (6) years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, tasks relating to the following areas may be assigned as required .
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ddemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Support collaborative team environments while working independently when required .
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred

  • Exposure to international media markets and multicultural engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in visual content creation including photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design with a strong understanding of brand consistency and storytelling.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in business writing, journalism, copy editing, and original content development.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, website content management, and social media strategy execution.
