  • Drive cross-team collaboration and visibility through dashboards and reporting to inform decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives and priorities into integrated marketing plans and campaign briefs in partnership with marketing and business development.
  • Manage the marketing team's intake process, ensuring incoming requests are captured, evaluated, prioritized, and routed efficiently.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance and KPIs, providing recommendations and insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead capacity planning efforts to balance workloads across the team, anticipate resource constraints, and help leadership make informed resource and prioritization decisions.
  • Serve as a connector across teams — collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and project updates that give leadership and stakeholders clear visibility into team workload, project and campaign progress and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping work on track from kickoff through completion while proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Maintain project management tools and documentation, ensuring the team has what it needs to stay aligned and organized.
  • Partner with business development and distribution on campaign requirements such as timing, communication tools or marketing artifacts

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing, agency, or creative operations environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing intake processes, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable next steps for a variety of audiences.

Preferred

  • Operationally Minded. You see the system behind the work. You naturally look for ways to bring structure, consistency, and clarity to how a team operates — and you take pride in building processes that actually stick.
  • Highly Collaborative. You build trust across teams and know how to bring people together around shared goals. You communicate with ease, adapt your approach to fit your audience, and keep relationships strong even when priorities shift.
  • A Proactive Problem Solver. You don't wait for issues to escalate. You anticipate roadblocks, ask good questions, and bring solutions alongside your problems.
  • Strategically Influential: You see around corners and translate what's ahead into action that matters. You unite people and teams around a compelling vision, connect the dots between big-picture thinking and day-to-day realities, and shape decisions in ways that drive meaningful, sustainable impact.
