Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Field client requests, utilize our software (Asana), and lead our internal team to create schedules and ensure deadlines and business goals are met. This also includes reviewing business proposals, monitoring project budgets, and doing whatever you can to help keep projects moving forward.
  • Client Relations Be a trusted liaison between clients and our team.
  • Basic Writing Help write and edit content for projects, including emails, websites and social media. (You don’t need to think of yourself as a “writer” per se, and you can use ChatGPT!)
  • Basic Design Basic, occasional work on websites and presentations, including loading content and making minor design adjustments. (You don’t need extensive graphic design experience, but you need a good eye and the ability to learn the basics of adding and deleting content.)
  • Participation Attend industry events, read industry newsletters, watch webinars, etc., to improve your skillset and stay abreast of the latest trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in an AGENCY setting (excluding internships/student work/freelance).
  • Asana expert!
  • A degree or certificate in project management or a closely related field.
  • Design eye and ability to help enforce brand guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Mac platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite: Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Social media experience. (You must be versed in the top social media platforms.)
  • Strong sense of accountability.
  • Able to work accurately under tight deadlines.
