Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Channel Strategy: Lead partner messaging, GTM strategy, and partner segmentation to maximize market reach.
  • Develop Co-Marketing Programs: Design and execute integrated campaigns, including webinars, email plays, digital events, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner Management to build compelling integration narratives and drive adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partner-sourced and influenced revenue, as well as overall campaign ROI.
  • Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure all partner assets comply with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Build Partner Enablement: Create high-impact resources including launch kits, integration one-pagers, sales scripts, and co-branded collateral, as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to craft persuasive copy for diverse audiences, from technical integration summaries to high-conversion emails
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing automation/CRM)
  • Design & Creative Tools: Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to develop or tweak professional marketing assets
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to create sales-oriented content and scalable partner programs
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with comfort reporting on pipeline performance and partner KPIs

Preferred

  • Payroll Experience: Direct experience in the payroll or HCM space is highly preferred but not required
  • Industry Background: Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS
  • ClickUp (project management) experience preferred
