Job Summary

Own the testing and learning loop for digital experiences, turning online-quote journeys into data driven experiments and clear actions for faster decision making.

  • Test design and learning: Build a disciplined experimentation approach across the quoting flow and digital touchpoints.
  • Data quality and guidance: Elevate measurement, methods, and governance with cross functional partners.
  • Collaboration and enablement: Align with analysts, strategists, and leaders to raise standards and speed decisions across technology initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help strengthen how we test, learn, and grow our digital experiences.
  • Identify opportunities within the online quoting journey, design and execute implement A/B tests, and turn transform data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with analysts, customer strategists, and business leaders to improve testing methods, enhance data quality, and build consistent processes that support faster, more effective decision-making across our technology and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience.
  • Or Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience.
  • Or Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 year analytical work experience.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and/ or other statistical analysis techniques.
  • Advanced SQL programming skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization through charts and graphs.
  • Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights through compelling narratives and visualizations that help stakeholders collaborators understand key findings and recommendations.
