Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, brands, and customers across North America.
- Partner with Sales to develop strategic account growth plans that build new business acquisitions.
- Create commercial marketing programs that support customer engagement and long-term growth.
- Develop scalable marketing platforms and programs that can be used across multiple customer segments.
- Translate Givaudan's capabilities into compelling customer presentations, value propositions, and strategic pitch materials.
- Transform consumer insights, market intelligence, and industry trends into relevant business opportunities.
- Support customer meetings, innovation sessions, fragrance presentations, and business development activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Consumer Insights, Fragrance Development, and Innovation teams.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful execution of strategic growth initiatives.
- Contribute to new ways of working by bringing creativity, agility, and continuous improvement to commercial marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the fragrance, beauty, consumer packaged goods, or a related industry.
- Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities with emerging brands or high-growth customers.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation design tools.
- Experience analyzing consumer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and commercial opportunities.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of fragrance development, consumer insights, innovation, or related commercial marketing processes preferred.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Experience developing or improving processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.
