Job Description

Responsibilities - Positioning & Messaging – Daisy is creating a new category, which means it takes a little bit of education to get buyers interested. We need help explaining what makes Daisy special and unique. Everyone always says “I can’t believe this didn’t already exist” so we need to tell everyone that it does. - Content Marketing – We have so many stories we want to tell. We are looking for someone to build a content engine that reaches the market in the right place and format. This could be video, long-form thought leadership, or snappy LinkedIn posts. - Sales Enablement – Sales is our primary lead generation tactic. We have a team of experienced sellers who get enterprise meetings with major brands. We need to capitalize on those moments with A+ presentations and leave behind content. - Lead Nurture – Build sequences and content flows that keep prospects warm. Owns the email and nurture layer between first touch and close. - Customer Marketing – Turn existing enterprise clients into larger ones. Build the programs and touchpoints that move accounts from pilot to $250K+. - Marketing Ops – Serve as the internal counterpart to our PR agency. Own HubSpot well enough to keep the pipeline organized and reporting clean. Requirements - 5-10 years in a B2B marketing role across brand, content, and GTM strategy. - You’ve owned a marketing function before, or been one of very few marketers at a growing company and want full ownership - Strong writer. You can explain new ideas clearly and make them interesting. - Comfortable owning the whole funnel without needing a team beneath you yet. - Understands enterprise sales well enough to be a real partner to AEs. You\'ve built sales materials that salespeople actually want to use. - Can direct and script video content. You don\'t need to shoot or edit, but you know how to take something from concept to a finished asset with a design partner. - A love for data and systems. You can build workflows, track pipeline, and set up reporting without needing a rev ops hire to do it for you. - Ambition. This role will grow significantly post-raise. The person who does it well will have the opportunity to build a team. - Collaborate with internal/external partners for paid marketing, PR, SDR lead generation, and creator marketing. - Must be able to commute into the NYC office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
