Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Build unified brand presence across 30+ locations with consistent messaging and visual identity.
Partner with Executive Leadership Team to position Climate Pros as thought leader
Establish a customer satisfaction index process
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
Build and scale demand generation programs to drive customer acquisition.
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing with revenue goals.
Create lead generation campaigns and sales enablement tools.
Develop customer retention and expansion strategies.
Oversee website evolution (https://www.climatepros.com) with agency partners for optimal user experience

Requirements

5-10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with 3-5 years managing people or project teams
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven success in industrial, HVAC, field services, construction, or technical industries preferred
Strong digital marketing expertise: paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics
Demonstrated experience in brand development and demand generation with measurable results
Experience in growth-stage or scaling company environments preferred
Proficiency with marketing technology (CRM, automation, analytics tools)
Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
Customer driven personality with tendency toward action
Strong project management skills
