Job Summary

Own site merchandising and optimization to lift conversions through UX improvements, content refreshes, and cross-functional launches while building the tracking and calendar foundation that guides growth across campaigns and promotions.

  • Build and maintain tracking and reporting to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead UX content refreshes and digital merchandising for launches and promotions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enhance user experience (UX) and site navigation to increase conversion rates, click-through rates, and add-to-cart metrics
  • Refresh and update the online store with high-quality content, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and up-to-date shopping experience
  • Manage digital merchandising strategies for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and campaigns
  • Develop and implement comprehensive tracking systems for all marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a 52-week marketing calendar ensuring key inputs across SMB marketing initiatives
  • Analyze site performance, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience tracking and planning for site merchandising updates based on pricing, offer changes, and available inventory
  • Partner with Product, Category Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to launch new site features
  • Communicate with leadership on key deliverables, campaign reports, and post mortems
  • Ensure regular communication of project status, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing operations required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics)
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong eCommerce experience required; preferred experience in large retail eCommerce organizations
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, data analytics tools, and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of creative and copy design principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; 8-10 years related experience required
