Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead strategies related to G.I.F.T.'s external communications, brand awareness, and public presence.
- Develop and execute partnership campaigns that increase donor retention, and donor acquisition.
- Lead specialized donor groups and manage donor events
- Develop and implement strategies to grow G.I.F.T.'s social media reach and engagement.
- Create and oversee fundraising campaigns and storytelling initiatives that communicate organizational impact and inspire philanthropic support.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Marketing Director, providing ongoing leadership, accountability, and professional development.
