Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-impact campaigns that align brand, access, and growth priorities with actionable marketing plans and clear performance outcomes in collaboration with national enterprise teams.
  • Lead annual and dynamic planning aligned with enterprise rhythms to drive year-round optimization and elevate marketing as a core growth enabler.
  • Partner with clinical and hospital leadership to execute growth strategies and reporting structures for priority service lines, including but not limited to, cardiovascular and women’s health.
  • Own the digital front door strategy, managing SEO, website experience, and performance marketing while resolving operational barriers to conversion and growth.
  • Build a high-performing marketing team focused on accountability and performance, partnering with Communications to ensure integrated messaging across all channels

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Preferred

  • Experience leading marketing functions with a proven track record of partnering directly with CEOs and C-Suite stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management, specifically in coaching, developing, and directly overseeing professional marketing staff.
  • Proven ability to standardize complex processes and lead multi-channel communication strategies within a large-scale organizational structure.
