Job Summary
Own event and proposal operations for RailPros by running the industry event calendar, coordinating cross-functional marketing content, and maintaining the proposal data library while handling travel and materials logistics.
- Event Operations: Manage the event calendar, attendee registration, sponsorships, and exhibit logistics.
- Proposal & Content Ownership: Lead coordination of proposals, resumes, project summaries, and compliance reviews, plus maintain the master data library.
- Communications & Travel: Route marketing/proposal requests, coordinate travel and shipping of event materials.

Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Manages the industry event calendar for RailPros
- Executes registration of attendees and secures any required sponsorships or exhibit space
- Coordinates industry event communication and planning with Marketing Manager
- Oversees the packing and shipping of industry event materials
- Lead proposal coordination efforts for required content, including resumes, project summaries, technical write ups, and forms
- Perform proposal compliance reviews and participate in color reviews
- May lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager
- Provides oversight of the master library of proposal data and maintains updated information
- Monitor group inboxes for marketing and proposal requests
