  • Utilize Adobe InDesign to layout proposal documents, ensuring visual quality and adherence to the firm’s brand standards. Create custom graphics, organizational charts, and diagrams as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external subconsultants during the proposal process; request, collect, and organize their qualifications and forms.
  • Manage the final assembly, printing, binding, and physical or digital delivery of proposals, ensuring strict adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Assist extensively in the preparation of interview presentations (PowerPoint/InDesign), leave-behind materials, and boards for shortlisted project interviews.
  • Marketing Collateral & Content Management: Create, update, and maintain a centralized library of marketing assets, including staff resumes, project sheets, boilerplate text, and accolades.
  • Assist in coordinating project photo shoots; manage the firm’s image library, ensuring files are properly tagged, stored, and accessible.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications maintain visual and verbal consistency with the firm’s brand identity.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to tell a compelling story.
  • Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and manage multiple concurrent pursuits without compromising quality.
  • A sharp eye for graphic layout and grammatical accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with architects, designers, business development team and subconsultants.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate necessary steps in the proposal process, and take ownership of the final product
