Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy and priorities into actionable programs and deliverables.
• Draft and edit corporate communications, executive messaging, thought leadership and external content.
• Develop presentations, executive briefs, company materials and marketing collateral.
• Support media relations and coordinate PR activity with external resources where appropriate.
• Manage executive visibility initiatives, speaking opportunities and thought-leadership programs.
• Support company announcements, events, conferences and integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate work with agencies, freelancers and other external partners while remaining personally involved in execution.
• Maintain and apply Inovi's brand standards across communications and marketing materials.
• Develop content for digital channels, presentations and business-development initiatives.
• Track marketing performance and help improve programs based on results.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–8 years of B2B marketing, communications, brand or integrated-marketing experience.
• Experience within a recognized technology, infrastructure, cloud, telecom, energy, financial-services or other sophisticated organization is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing and presentation-development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to personally produce high-quality work rather than relying primarily on agencies or junior staff.
• Experience working with executives and translating broad strategic direction into finished deliversables.
• Strong visual and presentation judgment.
• Technologically sophisticated, curious and highly proficient with generative AI and modern marketing/productivity platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
