Job Summary

Own the global aerospace communications agenda, shaping strategic inbound and outbound messaging, executive communications, and change-management programs to protect and grow the business across regions.

Strategic Communications Leadership: align internal and external programs with growth priorities and brand stewardship
Executive and Stakeholder Narratives: develop talking points, presentations, and messaging for Aerospace leadership
Global Change Management: drive cross-border programs, partner with corporate affairs and media teams, and ensure consistent, unified storytelling

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage global internal and external communications for the Aerospace business
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business & growth priorities
Serve as a strategic communications advisor to Aerospace leadership
Develop and implement internal communications strategy to improve employee engagement
Develop and implement external communications strategy and reputation-building initiatives
Lead change-management initiatives across a global footprint. Develop and execute project plan, if required
Partner with corporate affairs and media relations teams to position PPG as a technology and sustainability leader
Lead human interest social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the digital marketing team
Oversee development of executive messaging, presentations, talking points, and business narratives
Ensure message consistency, alignment with PPG enterprise strategy, and brand integrity across channels

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
10+ years of experience in corporate, business, or marketing communications, within a global industrial or B2B environment
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex, global communications program
Exceptional writing, technology skills, and stakeholder-management skills
