Own the market intelligence engine to shape GTM and sales strategy with a focus on competitive dynamics, market expansion, and cross-functional influence.

Own and communicate a structured view of the competitive landscape to enable differentiated positioning and messaging.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations, battlecards, and enablement that improve win rates in complex B2B deals.
Lead trade show and event planning to surface market intelligence and drive strategic opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze competitors, market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
Translate market insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape go-to-market strategy and business priorities
Build and maintain a structured, comprehensive view of the competitive landscape
Develop high-impact sales enablement tools, including battlecards, objection handling guidance, and positioning support
Monitor competitor activity (product changes, pricing, partnerships, and market moves) and assess business implications
Support market expansion efforts, including new industries, segments, and offerings
Partner with product marketing to refine differentiation, positioning, and messaging to ensure competitiveness in the market
Equip sales teams with actionable insights to improve performance in competitive deals
Contribute to win/loss analysis and ensure insights are applied to improve future outcomes
Support high-value or strategic deals where competitive dynamics are critical

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, strategy, or a related field
Experience supporting B2B sales environments with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn insight into action
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Bias toward practical, results-oriented output over theoretical analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A combination of education and relevant professional experience equivalent to a four-year degree.
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for events, customer engagement, and market intelligence gathering
Master’s degree in a related field preferred

Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations preferred
Route planning, optimization, telematics, or vehicle tracking preferred
Field-service or enterprise mobile applications preferred
Familiarity with utilities, public sector, waste & recycling, or last-mile delivery is a plus
