Job Description

Own the TikTok Shop P&L: revenue, margin, growth, and forecasting while working with cross-functional teams across e-commerce, marketing and product team in close partnership with leadership.
Build and scale our affiliate/creator program — recruiting, briefing, seeding, and managing hundreds of creators across tiers.
Program always-on and tentpole moments: LIVE shopping, Shop Ads, Affiliate campaigns, and product launches.
Partner with brand, creative, and social to develop platform-native content that converts.
Analyze performance daily — GMV, CVR, AOV, creator ROI, content velocity — and turn insights into action.
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and culture; bring the best of the platform back into the business.
Manage operational health: catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory flow, and compliance with TikTok Shop policies.
