Job Summary
Own and optimize the TikTok Shop P&L, forecast growth, and coordinate with leadership across e-commerce, marketing, and product to drive revenue, margin, and cross-functional outcomes.
- Affiliate/Creator Growth: Build and scale the creator program—recruiting, briefing, seeding, and managing hundreds of creators across tiers.
- Content & Campaign Execution: Partner with brand, creative, and social to develop platform-native content that converts and supports live shopping, Shop Ads, affiliate campaigns, and launches.
- Performance & Operational Health: Analyze daily GMV, CVR, AOV, creator ROI, and content velocity; translate insights into action while maintaining catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory flow, and policy compliance.
