Job Description

Lead the long-term global product and innovation strategy, ensuring future development aligns with corporate commercial goals and clinical unmet needs.
Oversee the education programs for the organization, guiding the strategic development of comprehensive clinical training programs and curricula.
Foster critical alignment across Education, Sales Enablement, and Clinical Training to deliver a cohesive, integrated training experience for both healthcare professionals and the commercial team.
Drive product development through meaningful product iterations, differentiation, and indication expansion strategies rooted in a strategic market understanding and informed by clinical insights.
Translate clinical observations and physician feedback from education initiatives into actionable insights for long-term product and pipeline strategy.
Continuously monitor clinical outcomes and device usability to identify necessary design changes and improve the streamlined implant experience.
Define and map out future indications for the Trilogy platform through clinical trial expansion and product iterations.
Provide executive oversight to ensure compliance and excellence of all strategic marketing, educational, and regulatory documentation.
