Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own annual and quarterly co-marketing plans for AWS, Dell Technologies, and Google, aligned to joint business priorities, solution initiatives, co-sell motions, and revenue growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to partner marketing, alliance, and ecosystem teams, building peer-level relationships that unlock co-investment opportunities, joint demand generation programs, and field engagement.
  • Align marketing activities with internal product, sales, alliance, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage partner programs, competencies, incentives, and strategic initiatives to increase visibility and market impact.
  • Own and be accountable for marketing-contributed pipeline (MCP) targets across AWS, Dell Technologies, and Google partnerships, ensuring co-marketing investments directly translate into measurable, tracked pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline through integrated campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, digital programs, and ecosystem marketing initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs including MQLs, marketing-contributed pipeline (MCP), partner-influenced revenue, partner-sourced opportunities, and co-sell success metrics; present results to senior leadership during business reviews.
  • Own the end-to-end MDF lifecycle across strategic partners, including identifying eligible activities, developing funding proposals, securing approvals, managing proof-of-execution (POE) requirements, tracking claims, and ensuring compliance with partner funding guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MDF budgets, forecasts, and reconciliation records; proactively manage deadlines and communicate risks or funding gaps to leadership.
  • Develop joint solution messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral — including case studies, solution briefs, battle cards, webinars, blogs, videos, and customer success stories — tailored to each partner's audience and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on partner marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, or strategic partnership programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing co-marketing programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-sell frameworks, channel engagement models, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing MDF and partner-funded marketing programs, including proposal development, funding approvals, execution tracking, proof-of-execution documentation, and budget reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with AWS Partner Network (APN), Dell Technologies Partner Program, Google Partner ecosystem, or similar enterprise technology partner programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority partner relationships simultaneously within a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior marketing, sales, alliance, and partner stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining, measuring, and reporting marketing KPIs, attribution models, and pipeline impact.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Demandbase, or equivalent tools.

Preferred

  • Experience working directly for, with, or alongside AWS, Dell Technologies, Google, or other enterprise technology ecosystem partners.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise software.
  • Experience developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) programs within partner ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
