Job Summary

Own and orchestrate GTM for launches and market expansions, align client success messaging, and feed product with market insights to drive retention and enterprise adoption.

  • Growth/Marketing ownership: end-to-end GTM including research, messaging, launch, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Client communications and enablement: build playbooks, decks, and battlecards to support retention and upsell.
  • Buyer insight engine: conduct interviews and market analysis to shape product, positioning, and competitive messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead our client communications, retention strategy and execution in partnership with our Client Success team, Director of Growth, Content, and Product teams.
  • Create a robust library of sales and client success enablement materials, including product decks, year in views, QBRS, newsletters, white papers, and battlecards.
  • Train and support the client success teams to effectively communicate our value proposition and retain business.
  • Define and Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
  • Own the end-to-end GTM process for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives. This includes market research, competitive analysis, messaging, positioning, launch execution, and partnership with sales, client success, brand and growth.
  • Bring market insights from Client Success and retention efforts to the Product team:
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and the Commercial team to influence the product roadmap based on market needs and customer insights.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives:
  • Develop clear, concise, and differentiated messaging and positioning for all our products and services in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Translate complex healthcare and technology concepts into powerful stories that resonate with employers, benefits consultants, health systems, and payviders.
  • Drive content in partnership with the Director of Growth Marketing and the Head of Brand.
  • Lead with Insights:
  • Be the expert on our buyers, users, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct customer interviews, analyze market trends, and leverage data to inform all marketing and product decisions.
  • Influence at all Levels:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal evangelist, presenting to leadership, contributing to thought leadership, and representing Collective Health at key industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing. Ideal to have integrated marketing or brand experience as well.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of building and implementing scalable product marketing frameworks (e.g., GTM launch plans, messaging matrices, sales enablement playbooks).
  • Proven experience in the health benefits space, B2B SaaS and/or health tech industries, with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle. Experience marketing to HR/Benefits leaders and consultants is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch frequently and with excellence in partnership with sales and client success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present to diverse audiences.
  • A customer-obsessed approach to marketing, with a genuine curiosity to understand buyer needs and market dynamics.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with senior leadership.
  • Ability to both lead and roll up your sleeves.
