Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic owner of the paid media function, setting the vision, strategy, and operating model across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, Podcast, and emerging channels, with full accountability for investment strategy, budget allocation, and business impact.
  • Own and steward the paid media investment strategy and budget, making high-impact, data-driven decisions that balance growth, efficiency, and profitability, while aligning with broader company financial goals.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing paid media team, establishing clear goals, elevating execution standards, and implementing scalable processes, frameworks, and organizational best practices.
  • Serve as a key cross-functional leader, driving alignment across planning, creative, retention, merchandising, finance, and executive teams, and influencing strategic decisions to ensure paid media is deeply integrated into company-wide planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
  • Act as the company-wide authority on paid media, shaping perspective, guiding decision-making, and advising senior leadership through clear, insight-driven recommendations.
  • Leverage NorthBeam and other attribution tools to evaluate channel performance, validate incrementality, and inform high-level investment strategy and resource allocation.
  • Synthesize attribution data across multiple sources (platform reporting, Northbeam, GA4, and internal reporting) to develop a holistic view of performance and inform executive-level decision-making.
  • Bring forward clear, data-backed strategic recommendations on budget allocation, scaling opportunities, and channel diversification, directly influencing senior leadership and company investment priorities.
  • Own forecasting, scenario planning, and performance modeling, setting targets tied to revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term business growth.
  • Anticipate and stay ahead of platform evolution, industry shifts, and emerging acquisition channels, proactively identifying where Kindred Bravely should invest to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or Analytics).
  • 5+ years of experience leading paid media strategy for B2C eCommerce brands, with a demonstrated track record of scaling customer acquisition while improving efficiency, contribution margin, and long-term customer value.
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level with full ownership over budget, strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional influence, ideally within a high-growth, data-driven consumer brand.
  • Experience in apparel and style-driven consumer categories is a strong plus, particularly within environments that require nuanced merchandising, sophisticated creative strategy, and dynamic promotional planning.
  • Deep expertise across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and emerging channels), with the ability to set strategy while maintaining fluency in execution and optimization.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations that influence stakeholders, align teams, and drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with a track record of influencing and aligning creative, retention, merchandising, and finance teams to drive shared business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and elevating talent while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience establishing team structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and implementing processes that enable scale, efficiency, and long-term organizational growth.
  • Strong experience leading search and shopping strategy, including oversight of product feed management, optimization frameworks, and performance troubleshooting at scale.
