Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
  • Support business development efforts through customer-facing marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, presentations, trade show content, and strategic communications
  • Partner closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and business development teams to communicate capabilities, innovations, and mission impact
  • Oversee external communications including media relations, press releases, social media, website content, and brand messaging
  • Drive content creation across digital, print, video, and event channels
  • Manage major industry events, conferences, customer engagements, and trade shows from planning through execution
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all external communications
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and visibility
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or strategic marketing
  • Experience supporting business development initiatives in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting environment preferred
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Proven success managing integrated campaigns, external communications, and large-scale events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders and technical teams
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer events, trade shows, and business meetings
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
