Own GM level performance reporting and cross-location marketing intelligence to drive revenue aligned with regional goals.

GM partnership and performance communication: lead weekly cadences, MBRs, and quarterly reviews.
Performance reporting & spend transparency: GM-facing dashboards, anomaly detection, and gap analysis to flag opportunities and risk early.
Market intelligence & field insights: capture local demand signals and competitive activity to feed central planning and regional alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly operational intelligence cadences, fed back to central marketing
Monthly business reviews translating marketing performance data into clear business narratives tied to board fill and revenue goals
Plan, prepare, and present quarterly business reviews covering spend, channel performance, competitive context, and forward plan
Build productive working relationships with all assigned GMs, including disengaged ones
Attend Integrated Business Planning sessions with your regional RVP
Own the GM-facing reporting layer - converting dashboard data into location-specific performance narratives to identify opportunities and risk before they become reactive
Track and present the full performance scorecard: COM, ROAS, CPL, CPCS, booking rate, cancel rate, revenue, AOV for lead-driving channels; reach, impressions, CPM for upper funnel
Identify performance anomalies and escalate with recommended next steps
Deliver conversion gap analysis when performance misses occur - quantifying the dollar cost of operational shortfalls
Maintain a structured process for capturing competitive activity, local demand signals, and service capacity constraints

Requirements

5+ years in marketing analytics, account management, or a hybrid role combining data fluency with senior stakeholder communication
Multi-location, franchise, or home services experience preferred but not required
Data fluency: Reads and interprets performance dashboards and translates metrics into plain-language narratives
Relationship management: Track record with P&L owners or senior business leaders
Business acumen: Working knowledge of P&L dynamics and linking spend to revenue outcomes
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; adjusts depth for audience
Boundary management: Redirects out-of-scope requests professionally; maintains boundaries
Technology: Strong understanding and usage of Office365 apps, Excel, PowerPoint, creative suites (Adobe, Canva, Miro), and experience with Service Titan preferred
